Dennis Brandl, founder of BR&L Consulting, has been an instructor in manufacturing IT, PLM for the process industries, batch control systems, business-to-manufacturing integration, validation, and regulated industry compliance for the past 15 years. He is an expert at assisting groups in developing long lasting consensus, documenting the consensus, and developing tools to maintain the consensus. He has led diverse groups in the development of user requirements, systems designs and internationally accepted standards.

Karin Lacombe-Mulder has been providing International Assignment Consulting services with BR&L Consulting, Inc. since September 2005. She has over 20 years in the International Assignment service area. As International Assignment Manager with Royal & SunAlliance, she developed procedures to improve the international assignment process, identify areas of savings, increase awareness of international assignments across departmental lines, and improve assignee retention. Her more than 15 years of experience in the International Assignment Services group with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP including 8 years in Paris, France, provides an extensive background in a variety of consulting, tax compliance, client program, assignment types, and training.

Karin is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and has achieved WorldatWork certifications, CCP(Certified Compensation Professional) and GRP(Global Remuneration Professional).
